ABV: 8.5%

Color: Golden Amber

The nose on this is very fruity with a sweet maltiness.  Much like the nose this starts off with a smooth malt and fruit notes with a light alcohol that hits in the middle, but not warming, then finishes with a hint of bitterness.  This is a good tripel that is a good drink now and could be something special with some aging.

Recommendation: Seek it out and set a few back.

Color: Dark Mahogany

A nose of malt and alcohol.  Starts off a little warm with alcohol then gives way to a raisin sweetness then that alcohol hits you again at the end.

Recommendation: Worth a try.

Tripel Karmeliet

ABV: 8%

Color: Golden with a thin white head.

Fruity sweet nose with hints of orange, clove, banana, and some malt.  A bitterness on the back of the tongue with notes of orange and a grainy taste.  Very interesting beer that is complex and changes as it hits areas of your tongue.

Recommendation: Seek it out if you like Belgian beer.

ABV: 8.41%

Color: Cloudy brownish orange.

Small hops smell with a fruity malty background the fruity smell reminds me of fuji apple. Nice fruity sweetness again that apple is in there but nothing that is a main flavor and a back of the tongue hop flavor. The alcohol is a little warm on this one but nothing too overpowering. The more I try Belgian Style Ales the more I love the style. Overall this is a fruity but not too sweet beer. If you like Belgian Beer you will like this one.

Recommendation: If you can find it get it.
