Anchor Bock

October 21, 2007

ABV: 5.5%

Color: Dark mahogany almost black.

A rich roasted malt aroma. The flavor of this is a crisp roasted malt reminds me of a weak coffee. Overall is beer is very one dimensional not much in the flavor or nose.

Recommendation: Worth a try but nothing special.

Rating: 6/10

Hello there! Found your blog its very interesting! I am surprised though to not find some very famous Colorado breweries. New Belguim for instance and Odell’s brewery makes a few awesome beers, I personally recommend, 90 shilling, Levity, and the Isolation ale.
