Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
July 30, 2007
ABV: 5.6%
Color: Copper amber with thin white head.
Full nose of hops and a small amount of malt in the background. Hint of bitterness that fills the mouth and then a nice malt flavor pokes it’s head out then hides again for the hops. The hops has a definite presence that is not too overpowering or too evergreen. Great well balanced Pale Ale.
Recommendation: Seek this one out great Pale Ale.
