Copper Kettle Weiss is a nice smooth wheat beer from copper kettles which gives it a back taste of copper that just accents the mild flavor of this beer. Mild hops in this brew with a warm malty flavor in the background. This beer opens up so much if you let it warm a little bit brings out a lot more of the malts and brings the bouquet with thunder. Overall great summer beer.
Recommendation: Seek it out.
